location and room is spacious and very nice
He didn't like that when we were bathing the hot water was gone and we had to finish the bath with cold water and in the early morning several times someone passed by knocking on the doors of the rooms very loudly and scared my children and ones upstairs had a party and very loud music and ones in the neighboring room were fighting and nobody did anything to stop the situation

Thank you for a great stay. The rooms are relaxing and ample sized, with Starbucks coffee and terrace. The location is marvellous and beautiful, 1 mile from Old Pro Golf. And it's just a short stroll away from downtown.

the top location, directly at the boardwalk. wide white clean beaches... attached restaurant ocean 13 with decent cuisine.
somewhat aging hotel, carpets everywhere, difficult to clean and of course not odourless. refrigerator was missing in the room - that's a no go for a beach hotel. we were accommodated in the rear wing, 3rd floor with view to the canopy with air conditioning installed on it. that meant 24h noise - hard to bear.

Enjoyed my time here, the hotel was conveniently located near attractions. the building had a classic charm and the rooms were tidy and just the right size for us. Plus, they had a nice restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and an outdoor bar to kick back and relax. 🌴

We spent one night at the hotel and found the accommodations satisfactory. We found the location excellent and the beach access was great. The restaurant was very nice and the food good.
I phoned the desk at 10:30 pm to complain about children running up and down the hall. Made it difficult to fall asleep. The desk person did not take care of the issue in a timely manner. I found this inattentive response very aggravating.

location in relation to the beach and boardwalk. Towel always changed and bathroom washed every day.
No new coffee for the machine every day.

I enjoyed my stay at the Beach Plaza Hotel. The location is great, as the hotel is right on the boardwalk. Although the building is certainly not new, the hotel's interior has a very prestige/antique design. They even had coffee with dessert in the mornings.
I wish the rooms were slightly bigger, but for the price it was perfect.

The room was a good size, with a comfortable queen bed and air conditioning. There was a large table and safety measures such as smoke detectors included. We enjoyed the fresh made breakfast served on the deck. The hotel's central location right on the water was great.

On the beach is the only thing this hotel has to offer.
Room is old & musty with old furnitures.

The location.
The separate "courtyard" building that we stayed in. Also, the kitchen was very dirty.
